Prefer to live life in the fast lane? We’ve a choice of add-ons that give you front-of-the-line entry to your favourite rides.

Cram as much excitement as possible into your day, and choose one of our three Speedy Pass options to beat the queues:

STANDARD SPEEDY PASS

Price: £27.00 per person

Forget standing in line – the Standard Speedy Pass joins the queue virtually, so you don’t have to. The countdown timer will send you a notification when it’s your time to ride, meaning you’re free to enjoy the rest of the park while Speedy Pass queues for you. Use it as many times as you like during your visit!

VIP SPEEDY PASS

Price: £50.00 per person

The Speedy Pass, but even faster. Instead of virtually queuing the current queue time, the VIP Speedy Pass means you can get on the rides almost straight away. Your countdown will only last 10% of the queue time – so if the wait for a ride was 20 minutes, your VIP Speedy Pass will virtually queue for 2 minutes before sending you a notification to let you know it’s your time to ride. It’s the quickest way of maximising your adventures, with virtually no waiting around. Like the Standard Speedy Pass, you can use it as many times as possible during your visit.

A one shot, single-use fast pass that has all the benefits of a VIP Speedy Pass – on the ride of your choice.

How to book

For all passes, you’ll need to download the free Pleasure Beach Resort app to your smart phone.*

Booking Standard and VIP Speedy Passes

For Standard and VIP Speedy Passes you can either buy online when you book your tickets, at Guest Services, or through the app itself on the day of your visit by clicking the ‘Speedy Pass’ button.

If you bought online or in person, you’ll need to attach the Speedy Pass to your eTicket using the app.

Once you’re ready to go, click ‘Speedy Pass’ in the app and choose the ride you want to book first to join the virtual queue.

Head to the front of the queue using the Speedy Pass entrance when the timer hits zero.

Booking Speedy One

In the app, click the ‘Queue Times’ button to bring up a list of our rides. The rides that are bookable have a green ‘SP’ symbol.

Select the ride you want to book, add the people from your party who are using the SpeedyOne, and make the payment using your phone.

Your Speedy One will be active straight away, and you can head to the front of the ride using the Speedy Pass entrance once the timer hits zero.

With all our passes, you’re free to ride other rides while you wait for your timer to count down, if you have time.

Speedy Passes can be used on all rides except Avalanche, Impossible and Ghost Train.

*If you don’t have a smart phone, don’t worry! You can hire one from Guest Services for a fully refundable deposit of £125.

Terms & Conditions

You can only select one ride at a time.
A £125 refundable deposit applies per Speedy Pass if you wish to hire one of our limited number of phones for this service.
The Speedy Pass phones must be returned to the Speedy Pass Office in Guest Services. Failure to do this will result in your credit or debit card being charged the £125 deposit left at the time of rental.
Prices are per person.

Guests are advised that for technical, operational and other reasons beyond our control, any ride may be closed or otherwise unavailable at any time.
Age, height and weight restrictions apply to certain rides and attractions. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible person who exceeds the maximum height requirements of 132cm.
There will be times when Speedy Pass users will be required to wait past their allocated slot due to unforeseen circumstances.
Pleasure Beach Resort operates a “Guests with Disabilities” policy. This may result in guests using our Disabled Guest Access ‘EasyPass’ service may take priority over other guests and Speedy Pass users on some rides and attractions.
Parties may have to split up on carriages that are not suitable for the number in their group.
Pleasure Beach Resort cannot be held responsible if there are no queues on the day of their visit. In this case, there is also no right for complete or partial reimbursement of the per person charge.
Speedy Pass is valid for selected rides and attractions in the park and these are subject to change.
Guests are responsible for ensuring the allocated ride time is met. No refund or compensation is given for missed ride times.
Speedy Pass operates a pricing structure, trading calendar, and discount options. Prices may vary based on time of purchase and provider. Pleasure Beach Resort reserves the right to change these without notice.
Season Pass holders who wish to obtain a discount must produce a valid Season Pass for each guest they wish the discount to apply to – this can only be obtained in the park on the day of visit.
Speedy Pass does not guarantee priority seating on any of the rides or attractions.
In the event of a ride closing and not re-opening for the day, any SpeedyOne bookings for that ride will be cancelled and refunded.
Speedy Pass and SpeedyOne are non-transferable and non-refundable.
