Reports to: Casino Head Chef

About the role:

We are looking to recruit a Chef to assist our Head Chef in preparing meals in our Casino Building. The ideal candidate must have previous experience of working in a busy kitchen cooking food quickly and to a high standard. You must be able to drive and motivate the team. Previous experience in preparing food for large functions essential in this role.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Food ordering
• Food preparation
• Stock control
• Adhere to Health and Hygiene regulations

Hours of work will be 5 days per week to meet the needs of the business and will be required to work across a 7-day operation.

Daily temperature tests and weekly covid testing.
