Job Name: Ride photo team leader

 

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Ride Photo Team Leader who will help manage the process of ride photo sales, stock control, and maintain our brand standards. The successful candidate will be sales results driven with a passion for customer service and an excellent attitude towards resolving any issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day ride photo sales process including staff scheduling, issuing targets, equipment maintenance, customer service, actively selling ride photos and resolving any issues
  • Proactively manage sales strategies and motivate sales staff to achieve daily targets
  • Track stock levels and order stock when necessary
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are met
  • Provide customers with technical support and troubleshooting
  • Communicate with management to coordinate the ride photo sales process
  • Take responsibility for the overall performance of the ride photo sales team
 
Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proactive approach to sales and service
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge of operating systems
  • Good organizational skills
  • A good understanding of our brand and product offerings
  • Proficient computer skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail supervisory/ management environment
  • Ability to drive results with a strong sense of urgency
  • Flexible work hours and availability to work weekends and evenings where necessary
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Proven ability to remain calm and composed in high pressure situations excellent verbal and written communication skills
