Reports to: Utilities Manager

About the role:

You will be required to maintain, repair and upkeep all associated general plumbing services, treat and maintain all water rides and features to comply with L8 standards and carry out weekly checks on fire sprinkler systems. In addition, you will be required to test and repair domestic appliances on-site and in properties to comply with gas safe regulations.

Successful candidates must be gas safe qualified, be qualified to NVQ Level 2 as a minimum and have at least 4 years of experience in a similar environment. You will be able to implement and maintain a positive Health and safety culture ensuring that systems and procedures are understood and adhered to. A good understanding of risk assessments, standard operating procedures, fire risk assessments and COSHH assessments is essential.
